Swedish Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground pork

3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1/4 cup parsley chopped

1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1.5 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

1 tbsp olive oil

5 tbsp butter

3 tbsp flour

2 cups beef broth, i used better than bouillon

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

1 teaspoon browning liquid

salt & pepper, to taste
