INGREDIENTS

Crust:

1 3/4 – 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

3 tablespoons sugar

Pinch of salt (I always use kosher)

1/2 stick (4-5 Tbsp) unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake:

1 lb (two 8-ounce boxes) cream cheese, at room temperature

1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp granulated sugar

1/4 tsp salt (I always use kosher)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 large eggs, at room temperature

1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp heavy cream or sour cream, or a combination of the two
