INGREDIENTS

1.200 kg whole pork loin

3 hard-boiled whole hard-boiled eggs

1 handful of pitted green olives

½ tsp ground pepper

1 dash of olive oil

1 tsp ground oregano

to taste Salt

For the garnish

5 medium potatoes

4 medium carrots

2 large onions

2 glasses of white wine

½ cup water or vegetable stock

2 tablespoons sugar

1 pinch of ground pepper

1 pinch nutmeg

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lard
