Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi




1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/4 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup white wine

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste

8 oz linguine pasta, cooked al dente




In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until they turn pink.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.

Pour white wine and lemon juice into the skillet, then bring it to a simmer.

Add the cooked linguine pasta, cooked shrimp, and chopped parsley to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat evenly.

Season with salt and black pepper according to your taste.

Serve hot, garnished with extra chopped parsley and a lemon wedge.
