INGREDIENTS:

1 lb frozen french fries

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Bake the frozen french fries according to the package instructions until crispy and golden brown.

While the fries are baking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until it starts to brown.

Add the thinly sliced onion and green bell pepper to the skillet with the steak. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the steak is cooked to your liking.

Season the steak and vegetables with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and ketchup to create a special sauce.

Once the fries are done baking, transfer them to a serving platter.

Top the hot fries with the cooked steak and vegetable mixture.

Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the top.

Drizzle the special sauce over the loaded fries.

Serve hot and enjoy!
