INGREDIENTS:

1.5 pounds Beef top sirloin steak, cut into thin 2 inch long slices

1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

1/2 cup Soy sauce

1/3 cup Water

4 tablespoons Cornstarch

1 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar

2 tablespoons Packed brown sugar

2 teaspoons Black pepper

2 teaspoons Ground ginger

4 Tablespoons Vegetable oil, divided

1 Onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves Garlic, finely minced

2 Green bell peppers, thinly sliced

1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
