DIRECTIONS:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, creamy peanut butter, honey, mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried fruit, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.

Add the mini M&M’s to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.

Using clean hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Once all the mixture has been rolled into balls, transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill the energy balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Once chilled, transfer the energy balls to an airtight container for storage. Keep them refrigerated until ready to enjoy.

Serve chilled and enjoy as a quick and energizing snack!

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Chilling Time: 30 minutes | Total Time: Approximately 45 minutes | Kcal: Varies based on serving size | Servings: Makes about 12-15 energy balls

Tips:

You can customize these energy balls by using your favorite variety of mini M&M’s or other candy-coated chocolates.

For an extra pop of color, reserve a few mini M&M’s to press into the tops of the energy balls before chilling.

Store the energy balls in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze them for longer storage.
