No-Bake Monster Energy Balls




In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, creamy peanut butter, honey, mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried fruit, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.

Add the mini M&M’s to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.

Using clean hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Once all the mixture has been rolled into balls, transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill the energy balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
