Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap




1 pound lean ground beef

1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce

1/2 cup sour cream

1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)

1/2 cup chopped green peppers

1/2 cup diced onions

1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix

Doritos Nacho Cheese flavored, crushed

4 flour tortilla wraps

Shredded lettuce


In a skillet, crumble and brown the ground beef over medium heat. Cook thoroughly and drain any excess fat.

Add diced onions and chopped green peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the Taco Seasoning Mix, ensuring that the beef and vegetables are coated with the seasoning.

In a separate bowl, mix the Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce until well combined.

Lay out four large flour tortillas on a clean surface.

Spoon a layer of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.

Top with the cooked ground beef mixture, a dollop of sour cream, and crushed Doritos for added crunch.

Fold in the sides of the tortillas and then roll them up like you would a burrito, ensuring the fillings are securely enclosed.

Heat another skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps in the skillet and toast them until they are crispy and golden on both sides.

Serve the Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps immediately, topped with shredded lettuce or any of your favorite toppings.
