INGREDIENTS

1 bone-in spiral-cut ham, about 10 pounds

1 cup honey

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger

1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Mustard

1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon

 

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 325°F. Place ham on its side in a roasting pan.

Mix honey, brown sugar, and spices in a small bowl until well blended. Microwave if too thick, for 30 seconds to 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds.

Brush half of the honey mixture over ham, separating slices to reach the middle. Cover loosely with foil.

Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan drippings. Remove foil and brush with remaining honey mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes longer. Serve with pan drippings.
