Homemade Chocolate Baked Donuts

INGREDIENTS

Chocolate Donut:

I use 1 cup of all-purpose flour.

I add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.

I include 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

I incorporate 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.

I use 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar.

I have 1/2 cup of room temperature buttermilk.

I use 1/2 cup of plain prepared coffee.

I add 1 egg, also at room temperature.

I include 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

I melt 1/4 cup of butter.

Vanilla Glaze:

For the vanilla glaze, I use 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.

I add a drop of vanilla extract.

I mix in 1/2 tablespoon of milk (may need a little more or less).

Chocolate Ganache Glaze:

I need 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream.

I use 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.

Toppings: I can use mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc.
