INGREDIENTS:

* 2 pounds ground beef

* 2 cups elbow macaroni noodles

* 3 cups beef stock (broth)

* 1/2 onion, chopped

* 1/2 bell pepper, chopped

* 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel, medium spiciness)

* 3 bay leaves

* 3 teaspoons Slap Ya Mama seasoning (cajun seasoning)

* 3 teaspoons Nature’s Seasoning (all-purpose seasoning blend)

* 2 teaspoons beef bouillon

* 3 teaspoons onion powder

* 3 teaspoons garlic powder

* 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper

* 3 teaspoons chili powder

* 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

* 3 tablespoons sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Place a pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef. Once the beef is browned, add the chopped onions and bell peppers. Let them cook down, then strain the excess grease. Add the meat back to the pan.

Next, add the diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel) and all the seasonings. Mix well, then add the tomato sauce.

Cook that down for about 2 minutes, then add the Italian seasoning and sugar. Mix well, and then add the beef stock and elbow macaroni noodles. Let it come to a boil.

Place a lid on top and turn the heat down to low. Cook for 20 minutes, and then it’s done! If you like, you can add cheese on top.

Enjoy
