Garlic Butter Shrimp




2lbs colossal shrimp (peeled & deveined)

2 sticks of unsalted butter (melted)

@brass.cuisine seafood seasoning

1 lemon (juice) extra for garnish

1 tbsp red pepper flakes

1-5 cloves of garlic (roughly chopped or minced)


Preheat your oven to 375°

Clean your shrimp and set aside, melt 2 sticks of butter, 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes, the juice from 1 lemon & about 5 cloves of garlic roughly chopped. Mix together & set aside. Season shrimp to taste and line up along your cast iron skillet. Pour butter mixture over shrimp and bake on 375° for about 12-15 minutes.

I used colossal shrimp so adjust your time accordingly.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley & enjoy
