Fruity Pebble Rice Krispy Treat Cheese Cake

INSTRUCTIONS:

For The Crust:
Melt butter in a pot. Add marshmallows and stir until the marshmallows are fully melted. Add 2 cups of Fruity Pebbles and mix well.
Fill the pie tray with the marshmallow mixture, Using your hands, press down the mix into the tray. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Cheesecake Filling:
Add the cream cheese to a bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a beating attachment. Begin to beat the cream cheese.
Add powdered sugar, 1 cup of whole Fruity Pebbles, and continue to mix.
Combine the gelatin with water. Heat in the microwave for about 10 seconds or until the gelatin dissolves and becomes liquid.
As the cream cheese mixture continues to combine, add a stream of the gelatin to the bowl.
Add the cream cheese mixture to the pie tray. Sprinkled the crushed fruity pebbles on top. Put in the fridge to set and enjoy!
