French Onion Beef and Noodles

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 pound Beef Stew Meat

1 teaspoon Onion Powder

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Salt & Pepper, to Taste

1 can (10.5 ounces) French Onion Soup

3 cups Beef Broth

12 ounces Egg Noodles

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

1 cup French Fried Onions

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large pot, I heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. I add the beef and season it with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. I cook for 3-5 minutes until the beef is seared on all sides.
  4. I pour in the French onion soup and beef broth, bringing it to a simmer.
  5. While simmering the beef on low for 10 minutes, I add the egg noodles and continue simmering for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the noodles are tender.
  6. I remove the pan from the heat. Then, I stir in the sour cream and Parmesan cheese. Finally, I sprinkle French onions on top as desired.
