Famous Arby’s Beef & Cheddar





4 onion buns

1 pound thinly sliced roast beef

4 slices of cheddar cheese

1/2 cup Arby’s Sauce (recipe below)

For Arby’s Sauce:

1/2 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika


To make Arby’s Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the roast beef slices on a baking sheet and top with cheddar cheese slices. Heat in the oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.

Toast the onion buns and spread a generous amount of Arby’s Sauce on each bun.

Assemble the sandwiches by placing the warm roast beef and cheese on the buns.

Serve immediately.
