Dunkin’ Donuts French Crullers Copycat






1 1/4 cups Water

1/2 cup Butter (room temperature)

4 1/2 teaspoons Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

1 1/4 cups Flour

4 Eggs

2 Egg whites


2 cups Powdered sugar

1 tablespoon Corn syrup

2-3 teaspoons Hot water

2 teaspoons Vanilla



Combine water, butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla in a saucepan, bringing it to a boil.

Add flour and stir until fully mixed. Once it coats the saucepan’s bottom, remove from heat.

Transfer the mixture to a stand mixer, letting it cool slightly while mixing on medium-low.

While mixing, add eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy.

Preheat oil in a stockpot. Pipe dough squares or circles onto parchment squares and fry in oil until golden brown. Repeat with remaining dough.


Combine powdered sugar, corn syrup, hot water, and vanilla in a bowl.

Dip each warm cruller into the glaze, ensuring full coverage. Place on a wire rack to let excess glaze drip off.
