– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp dried rosemary

– 1 tsp dried thyme

– Salt and black pepper to taste

– Juice of 1 lemon

– Fresh mint for garnish

For Baked Potatoes:

– 4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– Salt and black pepper to taste

– Sour cream and chives for topping (optional)

For Corn:

– 4 ears of corn, husked

– Butter for brushing

– Paprika for seasoning
