1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 (10 oz) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, drained

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
