Chicken Breasts: 4 large, boneless and skinless

Broccoli: 1 cup, finely chopped

Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup, shredded

Cream Cheese: ¼ cup

Garlic: 2 cloves, minced

Paprika: 1 tsp

Salt and Pepper: To taste

Olive Oil: For cooking


Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Chicken: Slice a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine the finely chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Stuff Chicken: Divide the broccoli and cheese mixture into four portions. Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture.

Seal Chicken: Use toothpicks to secure the open side of the chicken breasts, if necessary.

Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden.

Bake Chicken: Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.

Serve: Remove the toothpicks, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, and serve.
