Banana Split Fluff Salad




1 (3.4 ounce) box instant banana pudding

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts + 2 tablespoons for garnish

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips


In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant banana pudding mix and the undrained crushed pineapple. Mix well until the pudding is dissolved and the mixture thickens.

Fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.

Add the mini marshmallows, 1/2 cup of finely chopped walnuts, and 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips to the mixture. Gently fold them in to evenly distribute throughout the salad.

Once all the ingredients are combined, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill.
