Bacon Wrapped BBQ Little Smokies




14 ounces Little Smokies

12 bacon slices cut into thirds

½ cup honey barbecue sauce

½ cup light brown sugar

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes


Preheat the oven to 350°.

Cut each slice of bacon into thirds and wrap each lil’ smokie with a small bacon slice.

Place wrapped smokies on a baking sheet and set aside.

In a small saucepan, add barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.

Over low-medium heat, cook the mixture, stirring frequently, until ingredients are well incorporated.

Brush sauce over bacon wrapped smokies on both sides and place in the oven.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
